Four teachers at a high school built on a toxic landfill dump where the water turned blue all develop the same form of bladder cancer

  • Buchanan High School, in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire, shares campus with St Ambrose High
  • Schools were built on site of Gartsherrie Iron Works, where cancer-causing chemicals were handled
  • Staff complained three years ago that water at the campus had turned blue
  • Three who worked in a corridor at Buchanan where staff were told not to drink the water now have cancer
